Purpose
hotelo.ma is a hotel search and comparison showcase site. Booking and payment happen on the group's secure engine (book.tyara.ma), provided by Amadeus, which displays its own conditions of sale before any payment.
Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), VAT included. Some local taxes (city tax) may be payable directly at the hotel; this is stated before payment.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the chosen rate and are displayed for each room before booking. For assistance, contact customer service 7 days a week at +212 5 20 19 19 20.
Liability
Hotel information (photos, amenities, availability) comes from Amadeus systems and partner hotels. The site publisher cannot be held liable for changes made by hotels after booking, within the limits of consumer-protection law 31-08.
